The Policy of The Place of Dangerous Minds

1. Responsibility_
   1. D$M are not Police. This is a public resource and we do not take responsibility for our Member's Actions.
   2. If a complaint is submitted, we will examine the facts and act as WE deem fit.
   3. All matters are handled internally. If you submit a complaint we will only respond if we have some thing to tell you.
2. Chat Banning
   1. You must have a good reason for Banning or Kicking.
   2. If possible you must nicely warn the person you are about to ban/kick.
   3. If possible you must quote the Rule Number from what rule set they are breaking just prior to banning them. (Link them so they can review it during their quiet time)
   4. You must record a chat log and eMail it to the Founding Masters right at the time of the ban from the offence to the point you banned them.
   5. Only Founders can choose to ban some one for longer then 24 hours.
3. Porn
   1. Porn is the Act of Sex. D$M does not allow Porn in any public areas.
   2. D$M will NOT host Porn Sites.
   3. Just because some thing contains Nudity, it does NOT mean it is Porn.
4. Nudity
   1. Nudity presented as "Art" is legal.
   2. Nudity must never be made visible with out ample warning.
   3. Intentionally placing nudity where a child can see it is not permitted.
5. Coding D$M Products
   1. Users do not edit code. All configuration settings are stored in a .conf file, .ini file, or database. (Some sort of configuration container that is not mixed in with your code or in code form)
   2. All D$M Products are to be based on the D$M site.
   3. All posted D$M products are to contain the version number in the compressed file.
6. Advertising
   1. There will be no advertising of any kind on any of our resources with out our express written permission.
   2. There will Especially be no advertising that conflicts with any of our services.
